Good evening everyone! I just want to post a prayer list for us this week. We have quite a bit going on and so I wanted to share with each of you some prayer concerns. Toni Maples will be having surgery on her broken foot tomorrow. Cindy Dove will be having her lung surgery on Wednesday. Wesley McKenzies sisiter Pam Lynthacum's visitation will be Tuesday from 6:00-8:00 at Fry and Pickett Funeral Home in Carthage and the funeral will be Wednesday at 2:00 at Faith Baptist Church in West End. Jeff Haliton's father Enrico Hamilton's funeral will be at Freedom Baptist Church in Rockingham at 2:00 on Saturday. Please keep Penny Henry (Jared's grandmother) in your prayers as well. She is at the Hospice Haven in Rockingham and in her later stage of life. Thank you for sharing in these burdens with each of these families. Pastor Robby

Happy New Year to you all at Crestview Baptist Church! I first off all want to congratulate those who completed the 2 year Bible reading plan that I posted in 2022-2023. To read the whole Bible is quite an accomplishment. Please let me know privately if you completed it. Secondly I am posting a link below that contains various plans for you to chose from if you would like a more structured type of devotional schedule. These contain various types that will fit your preferred schedule. Although it is not necessary to read the whole Bible in a year there are some who do like doing it and I hope that one of these plans suit you. The most important thing is that you make the Bible a part of your daily devotion whether that is in reading it, or having a devotional book, and most of all praying and meditating on it. Whether it is a verse, passages, chapter, or book, the most important thing in the daily devotional life is that God is hearing from you and that you are hearing from Him.
