Our Daily Text

Note: This devotion is a from one of Vickie’s daily devotional text that she shares with her coworkers each day of the work week

Jeremiah 32:27. Behold, I am the Lord, the God of all flesh, is there anything to hard for me?

I will admit that I can be a worrier. I am better than I once was but still have those times where I do worry. Jesus said we shouldn’t do this because we have a Father in heaven that cares for us. I can honestly say that with my mother in law’s unexpected passing on Thursday, that we have seen God do things, just at the right time and the right moment. Things that I couldn’t see how it would work out but it did. Yes this has been a hard time but there is nothing too hard for Him. And He has led us right thru this. God will lead you thru any situation you have also. Not just the passing of a loved one, but through any and every situation. He will never leave or forsake us!

Such a glorious promise to be reminded of. Even though these past few were hard and weary some, there was joy and laughter. That’s what I will remember.

Very true, Vickie. When we experience God’s faithfulness in times of trouble or sorrow it just serves to enhance our faith, strengthen our conviction, and enrich our testimony. You and your family have demonstrated that in the past week. Praise the Lord. He makes everything beautiful.
