It’s Going to be Alright

Isaiah 41:10

Do you feel turbulent within?

Has your soul been wounded?

Have your expectations not been met?

Do you feel the tension and stress mounting up more and more?

Have you been tested beyond your strength?

Do not fear child of God, it’s going to be alright!

Let God speak to you today through this poem.

As the storm was raging,

All throughout the night.

I kept hearing the words from my father saying,

My child it’s are going to be alright!

As I was laying wounded,

And he wrapping the bandage tight.

I kept hearing the words from my father saying,

My child it’s going to be alright!

As my expectations,

And hopes didn’t seem bright.

I kept hearing the words of my father saying,

My child it’s going to be alright!

As the tensions kept building,

And my confidence turned to fright.

I kept hearing the words of my father saying,

My child it’s going to be alright!

When tested beyond all my strength,

And I felt I lost my might.

I kept hearing the words of my father saying,

My child it’s going to be alright!

As I feel the stress keep building,

The burden is no longer light.

I kept hearing the words of my father saying,

My child it’s going to be alright!

So today in our country,

Where day has turned into night.

Don’t be fearful child of God,

For I still hear my father saying,

My child it’s going to be alright!
