He Leadeth Me

Proverbs 3:5,6

Though my path is long with twists and turns,

My Savior leadeth me.

He holds my hand, he guides each step,

And whispers

Follow me.

Okay I say, not knowing where,

My Savior leadeth me.

He looks ahead, he clears the path,

And whispers

Follow me.

He feels my steps, he knows they’re weak,

He whispers

Follow me.

I try so hard, I’m still not sure,

My Savior lifteth me.

He gently turns, his eyes meet mine,

He whispers

I’ll carry thee.
